I have really dry skin arms. The weird thing is that it%26#039;s only my arms. They are like small pimples, really tiny and white stuff comes out. So what can I put on? I have really dry skin and I use cocoa butter.
I take a shower at night and then lather my skin with it.
It works great!!!
