How do i break in a Deer Skin, Rawlings Gold Glove without damaging it?

I got a new glove for my birthday and i want to know how i can break it in without damaging the leather.|||Use it! Plain and simple, thats the only tired and true way to break in a new glove. Play catch with it, even by yourself, throw a ball into it over and over and over, do this maybe a couple hundred times a day. Just by wearing it on your hand, repeatedly pounding your fist into the pocket, and flexing it will help loosen it up and wear down its stiffness.
