I%26#039;ve got freckles on my skin due to exposure to sunlight. how can i get rid of that?|||Why do you want to get rid of your freckles? I wish I had them. I%26#039;d advice against doing anything just because most of the procedures that will %26#039;rid%26#039; you of freckles are very harmful to your skin. If you don%26#039;t like the look of them wear thicker makeup to cover them up a bit and stay out of the sun.|||Make sure you use a sun block at all times....
Freckles are so cute, so don%26#039;t worry to much.|||Firstly always wear sunscreen on your face otherwise freckles will be the least of your worries as exposure to the sun leads to premature aging of the skin - sagging, wrinkles and god forbid skin cancer. All the things you don%26#039;t want.
People with freckles tend to have fair skin so you should be careful in the sun and your freckles will get darker the more they are exposed, as the are mainly dark deposits of melanin (the same stuff that causes you to tan).
There are several bleaching creams on the market that will fade freckles if used over a long period of time however you%26#039;ll probably find they will darken again in the sun.
Retaining ( vitamin A/Retin A ) is only available on prescription and can be used in conjunction with bleaching creams and will also help to fade your freckles. However be warned it can cause over- sensitivity to sun exposure and inflammation.
Hydroquinone - topical treatments (brand names - Eldoquin, Epiquin Micro, Lustra, Melanex) can mostly be purchased over the counter from your pharmacy and will also fade freckles to a degree.
Cryosurgery is also an option, basically they may be able to freeze the freckles of with a light freezing solution (of liquid nitrogen) but this option should be discussed with a doctor.
Finally laser surgery, which although is a costly option has a high success rate with a low risk of scarring (BUT THAT IS NOT NO RISK!!). This would be a more permanent and probably the most effective treatment.
Think carefully about the risks and if it worth it and remember just because a cream or lotion claims to be %26#039;all natural ingredients%26#039; does not mean you will have a lower risk of a reaction - some of the most harmful substances in the world are all natural.|||I get freckles, there%26#039;s loads of ways to get rid of them -laser, lightening creams, laser, peels... Tretinoin (Retin-A) -I used %26#039;fade out%26#039; for a bit, I found that worked well - you can get it from Boots/ Superdrug. www.fadeout.com. Some people with freckles like them and think they look cute with them, but alot of people DON%26#039;T. You can%26#039;t just tell someone to like their freckles.

Dermatoligist Remedies-
Things You%26#039;ll Need:
Bleaching cream
Chemical peel
Laser
Liquid nitrogen
Retinoid
Step One: Apply bleaching cream to your freckles. The cream slowly fades the freckles by inhibiting melanin. Follow the application instructions.
Step Two: See a dermatologist for chemical peels treatment. These peels get rid of freckles by peeling away the skin. Allow several days for skin healing.
Step Three: Get rid of your freckles through laser treatment. This long lasting technique performed by a dermatologist gives good results, but allow a couple of weeks for your skin to heal.
Step Four: Freeze your freckles with liquid nitrogen applications. The nitrogen blisters the skin then raises the freckle for removal.
Step Five: Ask a dermatologist for a cream prescription containing retinoids for treatment.

Home Remedies-
Things You%26#039;ll Need:
Cosmetics
Sour milk
Lemon juice
Step One: Consider cosmetic cover-ups available at any cosmetic store. The makeup washes away so the freckles remain after use, but when applied to the skin the freckles disappear.
Step Two: Make a nightly face wash with sour milk. Your skin peels from the lactic acid.
Step Three: Rub lemon juice into the freckled area twice each day allowing it to set 10 to 15 minutes until the freckles fade. Wash your face before getting out in the sun.

Have fun!! xxx
Tip: Always wear an spf lotion, of at least 15. No matter if it is sunny OR not. Also, wear an spf lotion of at least 25 during the summer. I usually wear factor 50... Clinique do a great one.|||look i%26#039;ll tell you now. freckels are cute. every gf i%26#039;ve ever had has had them. my beautiful wife has them and i would never want anything different. a lot of guys think they are cute.|||step out of the sunlight...duh...|||Theres not really alot you can do apart from stay out the sun, but wearing foundation and concealer will cover them quite well!|||nothing, dont bother anyway they%26#039;re cool.|||Oh how I have hated my freckles growing up. I had them when it was sunny. You really can%26#039;t get rid of them. Mine fade over winter and come out stronger in the summer. I tried the lemon, etc. Nothing really works. My mother use to tell me that if my freckles would just grow together, I would have a nice tan. I am fair complected. I never tan. They fade as we get older unless we go out again.
I have grown to respect my freckles and accept them. They win. You can wear sunscreen to help protect your skin. I wear the 30 SPF and that helps. Even wear it on your face. Freckles mean that your skin is already damaged from the sun.
There are a lot of people who actually think that freckles are cute.
Staying out of the sun and wearing sunscreen work better than anything. I burn in the shade, literally, so I have to wear it most of the time.
You can get them frozen by the doctor or lasered, but that is more expensive. You can talk to your dermatologist to see what is right for you. Be proud of who you are. They really are not so bad.|||Freckles are small tan spots of melanin on the skin of people with fair complexions. Make a smooth paste of oatmeal powder and yogurt, apply on the freckles and leave for 20 minutes and wash with cold water. Check out http://useinfo-freckles.blogspot.com/ for more info.
