How do I get rid of excess skin after losing weight ?

I recently lost like 40 pounds and I have some sagging in my tummy area Its not an extreme amount but i want it gone.I%26#039;ve tried crunches and many other things to get rid of it but its not really working HELP!!!!! anything besides surgery would be nice Ty in advance|||firstly...congratulations on the weight loss...it%26#039;s great...For toning, I generally practice Yoga, it helped me. What you could do is try Yoga for a while. It%26#039;s stretching and flexing exercises can help you tone up. There are many sites online which will help you do that. www.zendle.com is one.

You could try this and I think it%26#039;ll work as you said the sagging is not extreme. Hope it helps|||it should thin off over time.. but if you want it gone, do a little tactic.. slim downfurthermore to %26#039;skin and bones level%26#039; hold it for a few months (til there is little of the skin left) ..but don%26#039;t die..

then start beefing up again.. the increase in flesh should stretch your skin back out.. therefore eliminating your original problem.

(i%26#039;m just not sure if you would sustain other health problems -arising out of this %26#039;starvation-tactic%26#039; ..but that%26#039;s another problem, right? -win some, lose some..)|||As far as I know, surgery is the only option. You may lose some of it naturally over time if you%26#039;re young, as long as you keep the weight off and keep exercising.|||When you lose weight faster than you skin can shrink, you are left with excess skin. It has to be removed surgically.

Your skin will not be affected by crunches or other spot-exercises.

GL|||The younger you are, the more toned you;ll become (depending on your genes as well).

But really, surgery is the only way to go :-(|||surgery
