I also have blue eyes.|||you should look up your skin tone you can either be cool or warm, from your description you sound cool toned, look this up in google and you%26#039;ll find heaps of info on not only hair colour, but make-up and what coloured clothes look best on you, im my opinion you should do either a blonde or light brown with an ash tone|||Warm blonde (NOT platinum, or strawberry) go for a warm blonde with a colour like fresh sunshine (whatever that is)
OR you could use homemade remedies (like putting oil in for 15 minutes and washing out) a few times a week to make your natural hair look gorgeous|||Strawberry blonde :)
