I weighed 295 and went to 160 and it took me a year and 3 months. ( I lost 130 pounds)
I got most fat in my mid section.
I almost happy with my looks but this extra skin is one of the two that im trying to fix.
Mainly in the hips only|||Good job that is super good!
For your thighs, do extra thigh exercises, make the flab into muscle. Squats, Lunges, Leg lifts, running, anything that you use your thighs with.
