I went to a Japanese hair dresser a few months ago and they said, %26quot;because you have such long thick straight hair, don%26#039;t waste your money on hair conditioners! Just a shampoo is fine. If you do use hair conditioners, use it at the ENDS to prevent frizz!%26quot;
So that%26#039;s what I do. Use %26quot;Herbal Essence%26quot; shampoo then use the hair conditioners at the ends. I never have to use %26quot;Garnier Fructis%26quot;%26#039; Frizz Control Smoothing Milk anymore!|||natural aloe vera, good for all skin types and a superior healer. I have used it all my life and at 46 still have lovely skin|||-Do weekly hot oil treatment using olive oil. This will nourish the scalp and stimulate healthy hair growth.
-Use hair mask 3 times a week. The best ones are Neutrogena triple moisture, elvive by loreal and deep fortifying treatment by pantene. All these will mosturise your hair making it soft and smooth for a healthy and shiny look.
-Trim your hair once every 8-10 weeks to remove split ends.
-Massage your scalp every night using a wide toothed combed to improve blood circulation in your head and stimulate growth|||eat carrots
