Will I notice a difference in my skin by using spf 50 everyday?

I have just been and bought a children%26#039;s spf 50 cream with the intention of putting on my face everyday.

I read an interview with sjp and she said she had noticed a MASSIVE improvement in her facial skin since starting to use a spf daily.

What will the improvement be if any?

I am 29 with hardly any wrinkles.

Is this stuff a skin Miracle??!!!

Many thanks:)))

Is it worth it?|||see, using a cream with spf will show a difference - when you%26#039;re about 50.

on the other hand, sun cream is not made for use as a facial cream to use everyday and apply make up on. you may get a problem.

better get a good facial cream with a high SPF - and ignore chris.

I%26#039;ve always been fair-skinned, can hardly tan, and actually there are men who adore that look. |||Well, it will help, but I don%26#039;t think it%26#039;ll help as much as it is hyped for 2 reasons. First, SPF values aren%26#039;t simply additive in a linear manner. The first 15 SPF value is the most important. SPF 45 does not give triple the protection of SPF 15. I%26#039;ve heard that above about SPF 20, the extra is just wasted.

Second, the effects of the UV rays in aging the skin do not show up immediately. Young skin is most susceptible to damage, but the damage is accumulated over your lifetime so that when you get older you may end up with more wrinkles and sagging skin than you would have had if you didn%26#039;t have the UV exposure. That%26#039;s because as the skin ages, it is less able to repair any damage and it naturally gets thinner and drier so it wrinkles and sags. The damage from UV exposure you got when young shows up 50 years later in your older skin.

That%26#039;s why I don%26#039;t believe the hype. To get more protection from UV, you need to use a sun block like zinc oxide. Any anti-aging claims for a sunscreen won%26#039;t be apparent for a long time, but if you protect your skin, you%26#039;ll thank me 50 years from now. I%26#039;ll wait here for your email.|||lol well to tell you the truth babe all men love a gurl with a tan but if you want to become albino thats up to you and the answers yes it will work the slightest change in the amount of sunlight and uv rays your skin takes in every day can change your skin tone and your pigment so if you wear that **** for about a week chances are you%26#039;ll start to get pale
