How can I get beautiful, healthy, soft skin?

try using skin products to make ur skin more softer....I suggest using the wave, and neutragena they work the fastest its potent and it will keep ur skin healither softer and no acne or pimples shood get on ur face.....i also have a litttle theory about bath and body works body lotion because it gets rid of pimples i fell that are coming! hope i helped!!|||I tried proactive and clean and clear advantage acne control kit. Both worked really well, except my skin got VERY dry. Even when I used mosturizer. I would mosturize like 3 times a day and it was still dry. After I stopped using it my skin still stayed dry for a little while, and it was noticible! So if your skin is sensative, i would not recomend those products. I also used the clean and clear facial scrub, and cleanser. Neither of them worked. I would say, stay away from clean and clear products. Use Neutrogena

My skin is sensative, and my skin is usually pretty clear. I mostly get pimples on my forhead, and sometimes on my cheek too. I started using the neutrogena oil free acne wash. My face started to clear up by the next day. Within a week my face was completely clear.

My facewash routine: Wash face morning and night with Neutrogena Oil-free acne wash, and moisturize with neutrogena oil-free moisturizer. I also use Ponds cold cream, for make-up remover. Most make up removers bother my face. but this one is so gentle and doesnt irritate your eyes. It also moisturizes your skin, and even gets off water proof mascara. I love neutoegena products. The neutrogena wave also works great. AlsoClearasil vanishing acne treatment, works for on the spot treatment. Just put it on a pimple at night and it will be gone, or noticibally smaller in the morning

Hope this helps! If you have any questions about my answer, just ask and I will add more to my answer.|||As I tell everyone who posts on this topic, healthy skin starts from the inside out. Increase the amount of water you drink. Healthy skin needs to be hydrated - and your body needs to be flushed of toxins. Toxins in your body cause acne. Also eat more vegetables, fruit, and lean meat. Protein and vitamins in these foods are ESSENTIAL to healthy skin, hair, and nails.

-Keep your hair clean and off of your face. Oil from your hair can cause your face to break out terribly. Wear a headband or ponytail to reduce this risk.

-Dont overwash your face. Overwashing causes your face to produce more oil. More oil clogs your pores, thus leading to more acne. Wash your face once in the morning with warm water. Follow up with an astringent to remove dirt, sweat, and oil. Apply a face lotion with SPF15 in it to your face and neck to prevent sun damage. Sun damage can cause more acne, over production of facial oil, and eventually skin cancer.

Wash again in the evening with a mild soap. I would recommend using Lush %26quot;Coalface Cleanser%26quot; ($11). Following that, use an astringent to remove dirt, makeup, oil and sweat. Then dab some Tea Tree Oil or Witch Hazel to a cotton ball and apply it to the affected area. Only do this at night, however.

Two or three times a week you should use a face exfoliater. I would recommend either Lush %26quot;Angels on Bare Skin%26quot; ($10) or Bigelow Chemists %26quot;Tropical Fruit Face Scrub%26quot; ($18). Both are amazing and well help to smooth, soften, and nourish your skin. You should exfoliate your face after using the astringent on these days.

-Change your pillowcase often. At least once a week wash it. Bacteria and dirt can build up and make you breakout.

-Never, ever pick your face. Picking makes the acne worse and can cause infection. An infection will lead to scarring on your face. Avoid it at all costs.

I think that this pretty much covers it. Remember that diet is important. Like I said, healthy skin starts inside out.|||here are some great tips for u

.

# eat lots of fruits and vegetables and no fast food drink lots of water and the food should be rich in minerals and vitamins

# wash your skin about twice a day with a gentle clenser and warm water don%26#039;t over wash and make shure you get all of the clenser off because if you don%26#039;t it can clog pores and cause even more pimples

# tone your skin with toner after you wash your face it helps to get off any excess clenser and closes pores

# mostuireise your skin after you wash and tone it makes your skin soft and make shure you choose a moisturiser that won%26#039;t clog your pores these ususaly come in a gel form

# Always wear sun screen, sunglasses and a hat when you go out in the sun

# Use a gentle exfoliator several times per week or, at most, only once each evening. Exfoliators are another overused beauty product that causes damage in excess. Their purpose is to gently scrub off the debris and carefully remove dead skin. You shouldn%26#039;t consider exfoliators as sand paper for the skin that needs constant application.|||moisturize, or get a facial.
