Why is drinking water so good for your skin?

idk...it doesnt seem like it would do anything, but im always hearing to drink it for a healthy complexion. i dont get it...its just water!|||is very important because your skin drink it water prevents to age sooner, it flush away all chemicals %26amp; toxins so your blood is clean %26amp; obviously your skin would reflect it .your skin is like a flower or a plant if you don%26#039;t put water it became dry life less so you need it everyday to achieve a bright healthy glow .|||Your body is about 70% of water and water hydrates your skin. H20 is the code name, it%26#039;s got hydrogen and oxygen in it. Oxygen is what we inhale, I%26#039;m not sure about hydrogen. It%26#039;s a good thing you know that water is good beneficial for you to obtain that healthy skin complexion but your life depends on it too. A lack of water for 5 days will cause your body to wrinkle and your skin cells to open up because of the lack of moisture. If you were out in the sea stranded, would you drink or eat first? Definitely drink water because your body needs that pure moisture BUT it has to be boiled, especially since you%26#039;re in rough physical conditions, it HAS TO BE boiled. Salt water will make your skin even drier and if you eat first before drink, your body will crave for water even more. I believe you will be more vulnerable and immune from eating before drinking (if say you were out in the ocean and the only thing there was food and from drinking salt water)|||Because it gets rid of waste and toxins (when you pee) and it hydrates you body. You body is like almost 100% water and when you sweat and stuff, you lose it and you don%26#039;t want your body to shrivel up? do you!





drink water!|||Drinking water helps clean your body of toxins that can give you bad skin. And you%26#039;re more like 70% to 80% water, btw. =)|||Yes...but your body is 99.5% water to begin with.
