i had my baby 9 days ago and breast feeding helps alot, also excersing and eating a healthy diet, i am already back into my prepregnancy pants|||rub yourself with bacon grease!
it worked for me!|||drinking lots of water, exercising, and breastfeeding. also, breastfeeding will help the uterus return to its normal size.|||EXERCISE|||Drink LOTS of water, if you can exercise, go ahead and exercise- walking, slow jogging- etc. I have lost 22 lbs, had my baby Jan 4th. I havent started exercising yet, waiting for doc to ok it. I am drinking alot of water, no junk food, and eating healthy- especially oatmeal.
