How much does water contribute to a healthy skin free of acne?

I have had acne for three years now and was advised to take lots of water but it has not helped|||It must be 2 litres of water or more each day. Also, water to be taken must be filtered to reduce pollutants in it.





You should try cleansing. Skin problems such as acne and eczema arise because of dirty insides. Your insides become dirty due to accumulation of waste and toxins that your body cannot eliminate. Toxins may come from the food that you eat or water that you drink.|||water contributes a lot. it is said that water purifies our body and removes acne. drink a lot of water.|||Water is really really good for cleansing the skin naturally. Drink as much as u can (up to 8 glasses). Vitamins for the skin can help alot too. Vitamins can regulate oil production in the skin, which is a main cause of acne. Just remember, acne comes from the inside out, so it may be ur diet too.|||Try a colon cleanser. When the colon is dirty it builds up toxins.
